Even the most expensive products will reach end of life either by design or just because you decided to buy a new item. These days with the emergence of budget gadgets such as phones, I can image how many of these items (e-waste) are in your drawers.

The most recommended order of managing e-waste is to reduce, repair, reuse, and recycle. Whichever approach we choose to take, as a consumer you make a critical contribution.

You can decide to reduce by not buying new gadgets when the old one can still serve the purpose, or you can chose to repair or reuse instead of adding to the e-waste stream.
